How much are tickets and where do I get them?
Thursday’s kickoff is free and open to the public
Friday’s Celtic Commotion is $10 for adults
Saturday’s Festival is $15 for adults
***The best value is a Two Day Pass for Friday and Saturday at $20.00***
Sunday’s Kirkin’ of the Tartans and Ruff Water Regatta is free and open to the public
Children under 12 are free for all events.
Tickets can be purchased at the gates or online at https://tartandaysouth.com/tickets/
If I buy tickets online, how do I get them?
Tickets are emailed to you after purchase. Please print them with barcode and bring
to the gate. You do not have to wait in the ticket line.
Is there parking? How much?
There is parking at all events.
Parking is $5, cash at gate, on Saturday. Parking is free at all other events.
Is there a Military Discount?
Yes we offer a military discount to active duty military and veterans. You must
purchase tickets at the gate and request the discount with your military ID.
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are allowed at Saturday’s festival at the Historic Columbia Speedway. Dogs
must get along with other dogs and people and clean up after them. We do have Birds
of Prey on exhibit and ask that you be sensitive to their space.
What happens if it rains?
Tartan Day South is a rain or shine event. Events on Friday and Sunday may be
cancelled due to rain. We will announce any weather delays or cancellations on our

Can I bring drinks and food?
Coolers, food and drink are not permitted from outside. There are plenty of food
Vendors providing various types of food and drinks.
Is smoking allowed at the events?
We ask that you do not smoke at any Tartan Day South events. The Historic
Columbia Speedway has a no smoking policy. However, there is a smoking
area for your convenience, just outside the gate.
